7、学院《禽病学实验教学大纲》（2007版）及《禽病学教学实习大纲》（2007版）为依据作删减修订。目前，本实验实习指导书的实验指导部分包括“家禽的尸体剖检及病料采取”、“家禽具有血凝性病毒病的免疫监测”、“鸡白痢与小鹅瘟的血清学诊断”、“鸭疫里默氏杆菌病的实验诊断”4个内容（共8学时）；教学实习指导包括“鸡新城疫的实验诊断”1个内容（18学时）。本实验、实习体现了病禽剖检、病料采取、血清学试验、病毒分离鉴定和病原菌分离鉴定等禽病诊断的基本技术，学生能认真操作并结合禽病学相关技术书籍进行学习，将有益于其在禽病学实验技术方面打下必要的基础。本指导书适合于兽
