4、nChina.Article2AliensmustobtainthepermissionofthecompetentauthoritiesoftheChineseGovernmentinordertoenter,transitorresideinChina.Article3Forentry,exitandtransit,aliensmustpassthroughportsopentoaliensorotherdesignatedportsandmustbesubjecttoinspectionbythefr

5、ontierinspectionoffices.Forentry,exitandtransit,foreign-ownedmeansoftransportmustpassthroughportsopentoaliensorotherdesignatedportsandmustbesubjecttoinspectionandsupervisionbythefrontierinspectionoffices.6Article4TheChineseGovernmentshallprotectthelawfulri

6、ghtsandinterestsofaliensonChineseterritory.Freedomofthepersonofaliensisinviolable.Noalienmaybearrestedexceptwiththeapprovalorbydecisionofapeople'sprocuratorateorbydecisionofapeople'scourt,andarrestmustbemadebyapublicsecurityorganorstatesecurityorgan.Articl

7、e5AliensinChinamustabidebyChineselawsandmaynotendangerthestatesecurityofChina,harmpublicinterestsordisruptpublicorder.ChapterIIEntryintotheCountryArticle6ForentryintoChina,aliensshallapplyforvisasfromChinesediplomaticmissions,consularofficesorotherresident
