6、术水平和国际标准通用惯例而制定的。标准中主要技术指标参照了国际电工委员会IEC598-2-3:1993《道路与街路照明灯具》、欧洲照明工程协会((ILE)技术报告第七册《高杆照明》、美国国家公路和运输官员协会《公路标志、照明和交通信号装置结构支撑件标准规范》(1994),本标准由建设部标准定颇研究所提出。本标准由建设部城镇道路桥梁标准技术归口单位北京市市政设计研究总院归口。本标准由常州市路灯管理处负责起草。本标准主要起草人:张华。本资料由微信公众号jianzhu118整理持续更新中中华人民共和国城镇建设行业标准高杆照明设施技术条件cJ
7、/T3076一1998Technicalrequirementsforhigh-mastlightinginstallation范围本标准规定了高杆照明设施的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法和检验规则等。本标准适用于灯杆高度等于或大于20m,作为城市道路和公路、广场、体育场、机场、港口码头等大面积照明的高杆照明设施。2引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时,所示版本均为有效。所有标准都会被修订,使用本标准的各方应探讨使用下列标准最新版本的可能性。GB/T699-1988优质碳素结构钢技术条件GB
