2、统的发展方向。这就成为了开发这个小区物业管理信息系统的基础，其核心功能是对多个或单个房产项目所涉及的物业功能进行管理。本物业管理软件主要研究的是：1.利用结构化系统开发方法；2.全面了解了小区物业管理的职能；3.分析了传统人工管理与计算机管理的差异，肯定了计算机管理技术；4.研究了VisualBasic的编程思路与方法；5.研究了面向对象的概念；本物业管理软件是根据建设部关于物业管理方面的标准和要求，综合管理信息系统的知识，使用vb语言编写的一个管理软件。具体功能包括物业资料、用户资料、金额生成、收费管理、停车管理、综合管理、文件管理和系统维护等8大模块。关
