1、电力系统安全稳定控制(四)论文摘要电力系统安全稳定控制是保障系统可靠运行的重要手段,一直受到广泛重视。现代电力系统规模迅速发展的同时也带来了更多更复杂的安全隐患和稳定问题。研究和应用计算机、通信、电子以及现代控制理论等最新技术和方法,开发和生产各种稳定控制系统及安全自动装置,是电力系统安全运行的迫切要求。本文立足于系统的稳定控制问题,结合新一代智能型低频低压减载装置的科研项目,研究了相关领域并提出了新的思想,为更深入的研究奠定了基础。本文首先综述了电力系统安全稳定控制的研究现状,从控制理论及控制措施(装置)两方面概述了国内外的主要研究成果。最后简要介绍了安
