2、esssensornetworkingtechnology.Byintegratingdevicesyouareprotectinginvestmentandopeningupthepossibilityofnetworkingwithsimilardevices.InthiscontextwepresenthowZigbeemeetsourrequirementsforbandwidth,power,securityandmobility.Wehaveexaminedthedatathroughputsforvariousmedicaldevices,therequire

3、mentofdatafrequency,securityofpatientdataandthelogisticsofmovingpatientswhileconnectedtodevices.ThepaperdescribesanewtestedarchitecturethatallowsthisdatatobeseamlesslyintegratedintoaUserInterfaceorHealthcareInformationSystem(HIS).Thedesignsupportsthedynamicadditionofnewmedicaldevicestothes

4、ystemthatwerepreviouslyunsupportedbythesystem.Toachievethis,thehardwaredesigniskeptgenericandthesoftwareinterfacefordifferenttypesofmedicaldevicesiswelldefined.ThesedevicescanalsosharethewirelessresourceswithothertypesofsensorsbeingdevelopedinconjunctiononthisprojectsuchaswirelessECG(Elect
