1、哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文学士学位论文青海西宁地区2.8MW燃煤热水锅炉设计摘要锅炉作为一种能源转换装置被广泛地研究和运用,本次设计任务是设计一台型号为SHL2.8-1.0/95/70-AⅢ的热水锅炉,适用于在海拔2000米西宁地区的区域性供暖和供热。在锅炉设计过程中主要进行了锅炉的技术、经济分析,锅炉整体结构布置,热力计算,强度计算和烟风阻力计算,相应的设计图纸,以及英文文献翻译。该锅炉为双锅筒横置式自然循环锅炉,炉膛四周布置水冷壁。由于锅炉在高海拔地区运行,为了保证炉膛中持续和稳定地燃烧,采用高而短的前拱和低而长的后拱。加高炉膛,以适应海拔200
2、0米地区的运行。在炉膛之后设有燃尽室。上下锅筒之间布置密集的对流锅炉管束,为主要受热面。尾部烟道布置省煤器,以利用锅炉尾部烟气的热量加热给水降低排烟温度,提高锅炉效率。燃烧设备为链条炉排,燃料为三类烟煤,其低位发热量为22211KJ/kg。锅炉主要数据如下:锅炉效率75.91%排烟温度165℃燃料耗量0.1461kg/s辐射受热面积18.02m2对流受热面积171.74m2额定供热量2.8MW炉排面积6.36m2关键词 热水锅炉;海拔2000米;双锅筒横置式自然循环-III-哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文Designforthewaterboilerop
