2、ring,axialforceinChina,andanewmagneticdrivepumpwithlowflowandhighheadhavebeendevelopedoverseas.However,lowefficiencyandlargesizearethecommondisadvantagesforthemagneticdrivepump.Inordertostudytheperformanceofhigh-speedmagneticdrivepump,FLUENTwasusedtosimulatetheinnerflow
3、fieldofmagneticdrivepumpswithdifferentrotatespeeds,andgetvelocityandpressuredistributionsofinnerflowfield.Accordingtoanalysisthechangesofvelocityandpressuretoensurethestableoperationofpumpandavoidcavitation.Basedontheanalysisofvelocityandpressure,thispaperpresentsthepum
4、pefficiencyofmagneticdrivepumpswithdifferentrotatedspeedsbycalculatingthepowerlossinimpellerandvolute,hydraulicloss,volumetricloss,mechanicallossanddiscussingthedifferentreasonsofpowerlossbetweenthemagneticdrivepumpswithdifferentrotatedspeeds.Inaddition,themagneticdrive
5、pumpsweretestedinaclosedtestingsystem.Pressuresensorsweresetininletandoutletofmagneticdrivepumpstogetthepressureandthehead。Theresultsofsimulationandtestweresimilar,whichshowsthatthemethodofsimulationisfeasible.Theproposedresearchprovidestheinstructiontodesignhigh-speedm
