1、题目新型手推式割草机设计院(系)专业学生姓名学号指导教师职称导师工作单位起讫日期摘要该设计是一种由小型汽油机带动刀片运动切割草株,人工推动机具前进完成作业的草坪修剪机。该机主要由发动机,传动机构,旋刀,机壳支撑座和集草袋等组成。采用XY168F发动机,最大输出功率:5.5HP/3600rpm。工作装置为一条形割草刀直接装在发动机的输出轴上,作业时高速旋转切割草茎。将割草刀的非刃口做成风机叶片,割草作业时对地面形成一定的真空降草茎吹成直立状态,便于切割并与罩壳相结合形成涡流将割下来的碎草送入集草装置。护罩为涡流形状,是草坪修剪机的支架,为冲压件,用于保护操作者和行人安全,并形成护罩内
