1、德育培训心得体会篇一：德育培训心得体会德育培训心得体会我是一名刚刚参加工作的年轻教师，今年有幸参加了培训焦作市师德。自培训以来，我认真聆听各位专家的讲座，顺利地完成了相关课程的学习培训。通过这次学习和培训，对于刚刚走上教师这个工作岗位上的我，培训是及时的，收获是丰厚的，意义是重大的！学习完了以后，我对自己今后的德育工作有了更大的信心。下面就谈谈我参加本次培训的收获和体会：在我们的教育过程中，“重智育，轻德育”的倾向是比较明显的，很多人认为，“德育工作可有可无，只要学习好，成绩好，考得高分就好”等等。其实不然，因为只
