1、人口年龄结构变化对无偿献血的远期影响分析一一以攀枝花市为例左涛潘研(攀枝花市中心血站四川攀枝花617067)【摘要】目的:在分析近十年攀枝花市无偿献血者年龄结构的基础上,探讨人口年龄结构变化对无偿献血的远期影响,为我市科学建设无偿献血队伍提出合理化建议。方法:采用全样木法收集攀枝花市2006〜2015年无偿献血者的年龄信息,对样木人群的年龄结构特征进行统计学分析,并对其衍生的远期影响进行探讨。结果:36〜45岁人群居我市无偿献血人次首位,占41.25%;其他依次为26〜30岁;18〜25岁;46〜55岁;56〜60。18〜25岁组除2013年、2015年微弱上升外,其余年份均为下降,
2、下降幅度27.18%。26〜35岁组出现持续下降,达48.04%。36〜45岁组2006年〜2012年上升了41.27%,2013年开始下降,下降幅度18.41%;46〜55岁组、56〜60岁组献血人次逐年递增,上升幅度高达228.90%、90.57%。男性、女性平均年龄均逐年上涨,女性上涨幅度大于男性。结论:无偿献血者年龄的不断增高,增加了我市无偿献血队伍不稳定的风险,也加剧了我市血液资源的远期供求矛盾。建议对各年龄段制定并实施具有针对性的无偿献血招募策略。【关键词】人口老龄化:无偿献血:招募策略【中图分类号】R193.3【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2016)2
