5、establishedwithintheterritoryofChinaaccordingtothisLaw,andallthepartnersinwhichconcludeapartnershipagreement,makejointcapitalcontributions,conductbusinessjointly,shareincomesandrisksandbearunlimitedjointandseveralliabilitiesfordebtsofthepartnershipent
6、erprise.Article3Apartnershipagreementshallbelawfullyconcluded,inwrittenform,onthebasisofagreementreachedbyallthepartnersthroughconsultation.Article4Theprinciplesoffreewill,equality,fairnessandgoodfaithshallbeobservedinconcludingapartnershipagreementan
7、destablishingapartnershipenterprise.Article5Thewords"limited"and"limitedliability"shallnotbeusedinthenameofapartnershipenterprise.Article6Inbusinessoperations,apartnershipenterprisemustabidebylawsandadministrativerulesandregulationsandobserveprofessio
