1、半球面螺旋槽研磨机研磨头部件设计TheDesignoftheGrindingHeadoftheHemisphericalSpiralGrooveMuller摘要半球面螺旋槽数控研磨机是一种高效率,高精度,低成本,CJ动化的专用数控研磨设备。本文设计的研磨尖是半球而螺旋槽数控研磨机的主要部件,实现砂轮的切削运动,与工件主轴箱、回转工作台按工件加工要求,实现半球而螺旋槽加工。本设计采用弹簧夾头安装砂轮,采用螺枪调整主轴箱位置,采用压缩弹簧机构实现研磨压力调节,采用直流电磁铁及接近开关实现“提刀”,采用异步电机驱动。该设计具有结构简平紧凑、运行可靠、成
