1、三七对离体蟾蜍心脏功能影响及机制的实验研究袁伟1欧静1马运1李金1郑倩2(1川北医学院临床医学系四川南充637007;2川北医学院机能中心四川南充637007)【中图分类号】R541【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085(2012)5-0034-03【摘要】目的观察三七对离体蟾蜍心脏心率和心肌收缩力的影响以及初步探讨其机制。方法釆用离体蛙心灌流法,分为正常对照组、低、中、高浓度的三七组、异丙肾上腺素组和异丙肾上腺素+三七溶液组,采用BL-410生物记录系统观察心肌收缩幅度和频率的变化。结果不同浓度三七可降低离体蟾蜍心脏心
2、肌收缩力(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;低浓度三七降低心率(P<0.05),具有统计学意义,而高浓度三七增加心率(P<0.01),兵有统计学意义。蛙心灌流液中加入异丙肾上腺素,心肌收缩幅度明显加强(P<0.05),加入0.085g/ml三七溶液,心肌收缩幅度明显降低(P<0.05),差异具有显著性。结论三七明显抑制蟾蜍心肌收缩力,而对蟾蜍心率有双向调节作用,低浓度可降低心率,高浓度增加心率,其对心脏作用的影响机制可能与β受体作用有关。【关键词】三七离体蟾蜍心脏心肌收缩力心率effecto
