1、低分子肝素钙与银杏达莫联用治疗进展性脑梗死疗效观姓名:2014年6月25日低分子肝素钙与银杏达莫联用治疗进展性脑梗死疗效观察【摘耍】目的探讨低分子肝素钙与银杏达莫联用治疗进展性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将96例进展性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,2组均予常规治疗。对照组48例予银杏达莫注射液20mL,每日1次静脉滴注,连续14日;治疗组48例在对照组基础上联用低分子肝素钙,每次0.5mL,每tl2次腹壁脐周皮下注射,连续10日。于治疗前和治疗第3、7、14、28日分别进行神经功能缺损程度评分,并判定临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗第7、14、28円
2、神经功能缺损评分明显降低,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.01),与同期对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.01);对照组第14、28口祌经功能缺损评分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01);治疗组显效率、总有效率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义((P0.05)),治疗组优于对照组。结论低分子肝素钙与银杏达莫联用治疗进展性脑梗死可有效终止病情进展,改善神经功能缺损,提高临床疗效。【关键词】脑梗塞肝素低分子量银杏黄酮类双嘧达莫ClinicalobservationontherapeuticeffectofLow-molecu
