7、rightsinrespectofanytradenamesortrademarksusedbytheManufacturerinrelationtothe Productsofthegoodwillassociatedtherewith,andtheDistributorherebyacknowledgesthat,exceptasexpresslyprovidedinthisAgreement,itshallnotacquireanyrightsinrespect thereofandthatallsuchrightsandgoodwilla
