2、ntroductionabouttheconstructionanddevelopmentofHezeEconomicDevelopmentZone.菏泽市经济开发区是经山东省人民政府批准设立的省级经济开发区，位于京九铁路和新石铁路十字交汇处，辖三个办事处，23万居住人口，面积148.6平方公里，居菏泽市城区东部，占城市总体规划面积的56%，是市委、市政府驻地，也是市级工业经济和商贸流通业发展的主体功能区。近年来，我们大力组织constructionqualityacceptanceandassessmentRegula

4、化和城市化双轮驱动战略，坚持以招商引资和大项目建设为中心，大力发展主导产业，培植产业集群，经济社会得到持续、健康、快速发展。2006年至2009年，生产总值由12.6亿元增加到54亿元，年均增长82.34%；地方财政收入由1.65亿元增加到3.44亿元，年均增长27.12%；四年完成全社会固定资产投资161.7亿元；城镇居民人均可支配收入、农民人均纯收入达到11581元、5470元，分别增加3225元、497元。LyinginthecrossinterchangeofBeijing-KowloonRailwayandXi

6、ogrammedcityarea.LyingintheeastpartofHezeCity,HEDZistheplacethatHezeCommitteeofCPCandHezePeople’sGovernmenttake.Meanwhile,itisthemainindustryandcommercialcirculationareaofHezeCity.Inrecentyears,adheretotheinvestmentandlargeprojectconstruction,westronglyorganizedo
7、uble-wheeldrivestrategyofindustrializationandurbanizationtodeveloptheleadingindustryandfosterindustryclusters.Therefore,thesocialeconomyinHEDZhasgotsustained,healthyandrapiddevelopment.From2006to2009,theGDPinHEDZincreasedfrom1.26billionYuanto5.4billionYuanwiththe
