1、第八十七章车辆及其零件、附件，但铁道及电车道车辆除外 注释：一、本章不包括仅可在钢轨上运行的铁道及电车道车辆。二、本章所称“牵引车、拖拉机”，是指主要为牵引或推动其他车辆、器具或重物的车辆。除了上述主要用途以外，不论其是否还具有装运工具、种子、肥料或其他货品的辅助装置。用于安装在税号87.01的牵引车或拖拉机上，作为可替换设备的机器或作业工具，即使与牵引车或拖拉机一同报验，不论其是否已安装在车（机）上，仍应归入其各自相应的税号。三、装有驾驶室的机动车辆底盘，应归入税号87.02至87.04，而不归入税号87.06。
