3、,进行了产品的拉伸强度、抗冲击强度和熔融指数性能的测试;以加入零份PP-g-MAH作为参照。结果表明PP与PA共混时加入不同量的PP-g-MAH相容剂进行复合后所得的复合材料随着PP-g-MAH添加量的增加,PP复合材料的熔融指数、也随着变小,但是增加的幅度并不大;同时材料的韧性提高了,表现为冲击强度和拉伸强度随着PP-g-MAH用量的增加而有所提高了,但拉伸强度增加幅度都不大。PP-g-MAH可以改善PP/PA复合材料界面之间的相容性和复合材料的均匀性,从而提高PP复合材料的性能。关键词:PP/

7、························································································································61.引言PP(聚丙烯)与PA6(聚酰胺6)共混可以克服PP和PA6固有的缺点,性能上取长补短,但PP为非极性聚合物,PA6为极性聚合物,二者是不相容体系[1]。为改善二者的相容性,采用与两者相容的带有反应性官能团的PP—g—MAH(马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯)与之共混
