1、第33卷第2期大连医科大学学报Vo1.33No.22011年4月JournalofDalianMedicalUniversityApr.2011砷对小鼠脑单胺类神经递质浓度影响及牛磺酸、维生素C的保护作用张璇,朴丰源,刘鹏(大连医科大学劳动1生与环境p生学教研室,辽宁大连116044)摘要:[目的]观察亚慢性砷暴露对小鼠脑组织单胺类神经递质浓度的影响。[方法]昆明种小鼠7O只,随机分为6组,即饮用水对照组、lppmAs2O3染砷组、2ppmAs203染砷组、4ppmAs2O3染砷组、2个保护组(4I)pmAs2O3+l50mg//kg牛磺酸和4
2、ppmAs0+45nlg/kg维生素c)除高剂量染毒组(4ppmAs03组)20只外,其余每组lO只小鼠。用高效液相色谱一荧光检测法(HPIC—Flu)测定单胺类神经递质5一羟色胺(5一lIT)、多巴胺(DA)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)的浓度[结果]与对照组比较,各染砷组小鼠脑中5一HT、DA和NE3种单胺粪神经递质浓度均明显降低(P<0.05),而2个保护组3种单胺类神经递质浓度,除牛磺酸组的5一HT外,均显著高于高剂量染砷组(P<0.05)随染毒天数增加,高剂量染砷纽小鼠脑中3种单胺类神经递质均逐渐降低,与染毒第0天比较差异有显著性意义(P<0
