3、stiespacingisgenerally100mm;branchofficesshallbebindingonbothends,eachcore21前言水是生命之源、生产之要、生态之基，是基础性的自然资源和战略性的经济资源，水资源的可持续利用是经济社会可持续发展极为重要的保证。重庆市水行政主管部门按年度编发《重庆市水资源公报》（以下简称《公报》），定期向社会公布我市上一年度水资源的情势，为政府宏观决策提供科学依据，为合理开发利用和保护水资源提供指导，为提高我市水资源及水环境承载能力提供基础资料，以促进水资源的可持续利用，支持经济社会的可持续发展。编制《公报》的
