7、更不准穿背心,女职员不可过于坦露,禁止穿拖鞋上班。 2.公司员工以坐姿办公,不得在办公室站立、踱步影响他人,办公时身体不可东歪西侧、前倾后靠、伸腰、耸肩。 3.保持个人卫生,勤梳洗、勤换衣,上班前不吃异味食物,保持口腔清洁,头发要常洗理整齐,不留长指甲和涂深色指甲油,女职员上班不得浓妆艳抹。 4.上班期间要保持良好的精神状态、精力集中,无疲气、困倦、心不在焉等不良行为,保持良好的对外形象。 5.提倡讲普通话,尽量避免使用方言,注重声调自然、亲切,把握声量大小。 6.注重文明用语,讲究礼貌待人,不准讲粗话和脏话、抱怨、讽刺的话,不开过分的玩
8、笑。 7.保持办公场所肃静和整洁,不允许大声喧哗,乱扔杂物,桌面保持整洁。 8.会客时要全神贯注,用心倾听,不打断对方
