3、autoverifytheauthenticityofcustomerinformation.Articletenthcreditpre-loaninvestigationshouldbecompletedbythepersonhimself,maynotauthorizeathirdparty,exceptwhereotherwiseprovidedforbythesystemoftheBank.BranchManagermayhint,instruction,ordersignatureofinves
4、tigationsincasesthatarenotinvolvedintheinvestigation,pre-loaninvestigationamereformality.11thpre-loaninvestigationshouldbetwoparticipants,oneperson,anotherpersonaidedperson,exceptonbusinesswithspecialprovisions.Mainandauxiliaryofficersshallbeduediligence,
5、investigatorsasasponsorofthecreditbusiness,bearprimaryresponsibilityforcredit,istheresponsibilityofcreditbusiness.Riskmanagersparticipateinthepre-loaninvestigationworkinparallel,asadoubleinvestigation,riskmanagersheldaccountablefortheirfindings.Article12t
