2、onstructionsupervision,theelectricpowerconstructionsupervisionregulations北京市供热信息统计报表制度35本报表制度根据国家与本市有关统计法律法规的相关规定制定《中华人民共和国统计法》第三条规定:国家机关、社会团体、企业事业组织和个体工商户等统计调查对象,必须依照本法和国家规定,如实提供统计资料,不得虚报、瞒报、拒报、迟报,不得伪造、篡改。《中华人民共和国统计法》第十五条规定:统计机构、统计人员对在统计调查中知悉的统计调查对象的商业秘密,负有保密义务。《北京市统计管理条例》第二条规定:本条例适用于本市行政区
3、域内的国家机关、社会团体、企业事业单位、其他组织和个体工商户。基层群众性自治组织和公民,有义务如实提供国家统计调查所需要的情况。《北京市统计管理条例》第十条规定:企业事业单位、其他组织的统计机构或者指定的统计负责人,对本单位的统计工作负有管理、协调、监督和检查的职责,统计业务受上级主管部门统计机构和所在地政府统计机构的指导。本制度由北京市市政管理委员会负责解释。constructionqualityacceptanceandassessmentRegulation(ProfessionalEdition)(DL/T5210.2-2009~DL/T5210.8-2009);1.
