6、9,isresponsible数控机床操作与加工技术基础课程标准一、课程性质本课程是一门传授数控车床操作与加工相关理论和技能知识的专业课。本课程采用数控加工中的各种典型实例，讲解相关的工艺知识、编程知识及操作加工方法，来对数控编程与加工进行深入细致的讲解，内容涉及数控车床的编程、加工工艺及实训操作。通过本课程的学习，学生能够独立完成中等复杂程度零件的数控程序编制及加工，并能获得数控车工国家职业技能中级证书。在本课程讲授之前，学生应已修完以下课程：《机械制图》、《金属材料与热处理》、《公差配合与技术测量》、《车工工艺学》等课程并经过《初级车工实训》。二、参考课时本课程总学时
