6、isedontheSouthSideofChicago.That'stherealpartofChicago.AndIwastheproductofaworking-classcommunity.Myfatherwasacityworkerallofhislife.Andmymotherwasastay-at-homemom.Andshestayedathometotakecareofmeandmyolderbrother.Neitherofthemattendeduniversity.Mydadwasdiagnos

7、edwithmultiplesclerosisintheprimeofhislife.Butevenasitgotharderforhimtowalkandgetdressedinthemorning--Isawhimstrugglemoreandmore--myfathernevercomplainedabouthisstruggle.Hewasgratefulforwhathehad.Hejustwokeupalittleearlierandworkedalittleharder.AndmybrotherandI
