1、摘要建筑业是国民经济的支柱产业,液压桩锤属于建筑机械中的桩工机械。在工业发达国家中,由于液压桩锤的高性能低公害,都在大力开发这种产品,并已作为成熟产品生产。液压桩锤主要由锤主体、液压系统、测控装置三部分组成。该论文成果体现在样机设计方案的创新性、技术水平的先进性等。1.设计方案的创新性(1)采用汽车式底盘、前后支腿结构和导轨式桩架支撑整个桩锤主体。(2)锤头中空,内置颗粒金属,用于调节锤头冲击重量。这也是本文的主要创新点2.技术水平的先进性液压桩锤在最大冲程能量时的总传动效率为72.7%,按相同计算方法,国外5种同类产品(日本车辆、日
2、立建机、德国MENCK、美国HPSI、芬兰JUNTTAN)的平均总传动效率为56.9%。新型液压桩锤样机的传动效率比国外同类产品高出近16个百分点。通过对样机试运行和性能测试结果表明:液压桩锤的设计方案具有创新性和实用性,性能及价格适合我国建筑市场需求,具有较好的发展前景。关键词:液压桩锤;液压系统设计;动力学计算。—42—AbstractArchitectureisoneofthebackboneindustriesofthenationaleconomy.Thehydraulicpilehammer(HPH)isoneofthep
