1、河南科技大学本科生毕业论文果核活性炭对城市尾水中磷的吸附作用及生物再生研究摘要本研究目的是探索农业废弃物果核对污水中磷吸附特征和再生效果。利用农业废弃物果核活性炭为吸附剂,对污染水体中的磷酸盐进行静态吸附研究;同时研究果核活性炭对磷的吸附动力学特征;并通过解磷菌对吸附饱和的活性炭进行生物解吸再生研究。试验结果表明:pH为7.0,温度28~30℃条件下进行恒温振荡培养48h,果核碳对50mg/L磷酸盐溶液的吸附量达到0.78mg/g,吸附效果相对较好;果核活性炭磷的吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型,且最大吸附量为4.94mg/g。利用土壤中分离到的解磷菌,对吸附饱和后的果核碳进行解吸附,解吸率
2、随着平衡浓度的增大而呈下降趋势:平衡浓度为19.66mg/L,88.55mg/L,272.13mg/L时,解磷菌对果核活性炭磷解吸率为60.24%,31.46%和20.65%,说明接种分离出的解磷菌有利于吸附饱和果核活性炭的磷解吸。因此,本研究不但有助于了解农业废弃物果核活性炭对水体磷的吸附效果和特征,同时提出果核活性炭生物再生途径,为水体中磷素资源的回用提供技术思路,同时实现了农业废弃物资源化利用。关键词:果核活性炭,吸附,解吸,解磷菌,生物再生19河南科技大学本科生毕业论文Removalandbio-regenerationofphosphorusfromwastewaterbymeans
