1、CHITOSANONANDRAEANUMTISSUEINHIBITIONOFBACTERIACONTAMINATIONAbstract:Thefungiwasisolatedandpurifiedfrompollutedanthuriumsubculturemedium,identifiedtobeDeuteromycotinaHyphpmycetesHyphomycetalesDematiaceaeandtrichoderma.Theinhibitioneffectofthethreekindsofchitosanonthefungiwasconducted
2、.Theresultsshowedthatthechitosanhadinhibitioneffectonthefungi.Thehigherconcentrationsofchitosanhadabetteinhibitioneffectthanthelowerones.Theinhibitioneffectof50000and250000molecularweightchitosanisbetterthanthatofthe3000molecularweight.Itispreliminarilyprovedthatchitosanhadgoodinhib
