1、满滚动体圆柱滚子轴承的设计西北轴承股份有限公司(宁夏银川杨萍胡大成刘瑞实750021)满滚动体圆柱滚子轴承外圈带双挡边、无保持架,此种轴承在装满滚子后,滚子之间有间隙,但滚子不能从外滚道掉下来,即滚子在外圈内具有径向自锁性。该种轴承具有较高的额定载荷,较高的径向承载能力,适用于低速重载等场合。FwDw=(3)1-1180°sinZ1令K=180°sinZ设计原理对于滚子直径为Dw、滚子数量为1Fw=K-1则DwZ的满装(4)D0min=KDw滚子轴承,当圆周总间隙为零时(即J=0),此时滚动体具有最大锁量。由图1可推导出此时具有最大锁量εmaxεmax=Dw-
