1、大连化物所留学生管理办法RulesfortheInternationalStudentsofDICP按照涉外活动保密管理规定要求，为做好所内留学生的管理工作，特制定留学生管理办法。Inaccordancewiththerequirementsoftheregulationsonthemanagementofforeignactivities,theInternationalstudentsshouldfollowtherulesasmentioned.一、留学生类别KindsofInternationalStudents1、与研究所签订合作协议的留学生；Studen

2、tswhohassignedacooperativeagreementwithDICP2、来我所攻读学位的留学生。Studentswhohascometopursuitdegree二、留学生管理ManagementofInternationalStudents1、留学生须经相关部门审核批准，与我所签订协议后来所工作；InternationalstudentsmustbeapprovedbytherelevantdepartmentsandthencometoDICP.2、来我所攻读学位的留学生，需经国科大留学生办公室审核批准后，来所工作；Internationals

3、tudentswhopursuitdegreemustbeapprovedbyUCASandthencometoDICP.3、重要部门接收外籍人员还应进行背景调查，必要时可委托安全部门进行审查。Importantdepartmentsshouldalsocarryoutabackgroundinvestigationbeforetheyacceptinternationalstudents,andmayentrustthesecuritydepartmenttoconductareviewwhennecessary.4、涉密岗位不得招收留学生。Secretposts

4、arenotallowedrecruitinternationalstudents.三、在所期间安全保密管理SafetyandsecrecymanagementduringstudyatDICP1、留学生来所后由接收部门制定安全保密管理工作方案，对其进行安全保密教育后填写《接收外籍人员保密教育登记表》，签署《境外人员保密告知书》；Afterreceivingtheinternationalstudents,asecurityandconfidentialitymanagementplanisestablishedbythereceivingdepartment.Af
