1、CHITOSANONANDRAEANUMTISSUEINHIBITIONOFBACTERIACONTAMINATIONAbstract:Thefungiwasisolatedandpurifiedfrompollutedanthuriumsubculturemedium,identifiedtobeDeuteromycotinaHyphpmycetesHyphomycetalesDematiaceaeandtrichoderma.Theinhibitioneffectofthethreekindsofchit
2、osanonthefungiwasconducted.Theresultsshowedthatthechitosanhadinhibitioneffectonthefungi.Thehigherconcentrationsofchitosanhadabetteinhibitioneffectthanthelowerones.Theinhibitioneffectof50000and250000molecularweightchitosanisbetterthanthatofthe3000molecularwe
