1、毕业论文基于LotusDominoNotes的办公自动化系统研究与实现摘要本文通过回顾办公自动化的发展历程，探讨并界定了新时期办公自动化的含义及特点，在此基础上，研究开发办公自动化系统软件的有关方法。并结合当前计算机技术、通讯技术、信息处理技术的现状与发展趋势，提出了构建“办公自动化系统”的基本框架和应具备的基本功能。在本课题的研究中，提出了一种基于LotusDomino/Notes平台的办公自动化方案，并实现了该方案中主要部分:搭建了基于LotusDomin。的协作平台，开发了非结构化的Notes数据库访问结构化的关系数据库的数据库数据访

2、问接口，以此为基础，将组织中的工作流、信息处理以及其它业务系统都集成到一个协作平台上，从而较便捷地对信息进行多层面的处理与使用，为沟通组织内、外信息的流通，实现无纸办公奠定了基础。针对Notes的处理文字的局限性，结合Office处理文本的先进性，开发了Notes与Office的接口，将Office集成进我们开发的OA系统。该系统己经基本开发完成，目前正在试运行，运行效果较理想，其稳定性、可靠性均得到了验证。本论文从理论与实践相结合的层面上对现代办公的需求与实现做了一些探讨与尝试，对于开发大规模、多任务、安全、稳定性要求高的办公自动化系统具
