1、灵宝市污水处理厂初步设计摘要根据根据洛阳理工学院土木工程系下达的设计任务,对灵宝市污水处理进行设计计算。经综合考虑后,本设计主体处理构筑物采用氧化沟,经过处理后使污水达到所需水质要求。通过市政管网收集的污水在通过粗格栅去除大的悬浮杂质后,由提升泵站将污水提升到污水处理厂。在经过细格栅后,进入平流式沉砂池将污水中较大的无机颗粒去除。而后进入氧化沟,利用活性污泥对污水进行脱氮除磷,降低污水中的BOD、COD。处理后的污水进入接触池消毒,达到排放标准。对氧化沟内产生的污泥首先进入浓缩池浓缩,在经带式压滤机压滤脱水后外运填埋。设计中对整个处理流程的各主体构筑物如格栅、平流式沉砂
2、池、氧化沟、接触池等进行了详细、系统的设计计算和说明。理论上给出了这个流程中BOD、COD、的去除率及脱氮除磷的效率。在泥路中,对浓缩池、脱水机进行设计计算和说明。再结合灵宝市当地的地形和设计规范,对污水处理厂进行平面布置和高程计算,从而系统的确定各处理构筑物的标高及布置。污水经过各处理构筑物后,达标排放至农灌渠,从而缓解灵宝市的用水危机,并改善灵宝市的环境问题。关键词:城市污水改良型氧化沟生物处理脱氮除磷ThepreliminarydesigninwastewatertreatmentplantofLingbaocityAbstractAccordingtothede
