1、学号：常州大学毕业设计（论文）（2014届）题目电话机座电池盖三维造型及模具设计学生学院机械工程学院专业班级成型101校内指导教师专业技术职务校外指导老师专业技术职务二○一四年五月摘要本文主要是设计一个电话机座的电池盖，利用实体模型测量产品的尺寸，对实体进行建模，并对塑件进行模具设计，包括塑件成品的设计、工艺参数的分析与计算、工作部分的设计、模具结构的设计和加工方案的制定以及二维、三维图的绘制，其中重点介绍了分型面的设计、流道系统的选择、型腔型芯的设计与模具总体结构的设计，这次设计主要运用Pro/ENGINEER3.0软件及CAD软件来完成整个设计工作，完成了整个模具的设计，包括模具装配

2、图和零件三维图、二维图。从中学习到了许多模具设计的知识并对课本上所学知识有了进一步的理解，理论联系实际，综合运用了所学的模具、机械、力学、制图等方面的相关知识。此外，本文还介绍了注塑模国内外的现状，我国模具产业与国外的差距以及模具的发展前景、未来趋势。关键词：注塑模；模具的设计；电池盖塑件；Pro/ENGINEER3.0；CAD；iiiDesignofInjectionMould【Abstract】Thispaperistodesignaphonestandbybatterycover，usingtheentitymodelmeasuringthesizeoftheproduct，bas
