5、IONNowadaysthedemandforthequalityandsurfaceroughnessofmachiningishighlyincreased,andthemachinevisioninspectionbasedonimageprocessinghasbecomeoneofthehotspotofmeasuringtechnologyinmechanicalindustryduetotheiradvantagessuchasnon-contact,fastspeed,suitableprecis
6、ion,strongabilityofanti-interference,etc[1,2].Asthereisnolawsaboutthecastingsurfaceandtherangeofroughnessiswide,detectionparametersjustrelatedtohighlydirectioncannotmeetthecurrentrequirementsofthedevelopmentofthephotoelectrictechnology,horizontalspacingorroug
7、hnessalsorequiresaquantitativerepresentation.Therefore,thethree-dimensionalevaluationsystemofthecastingsurfaceroughnessisestablishedasthegoal[3,4],surfaceroughnessmeasurementbasedonimageprocessingtechnologyispresented.Imagepreprocessingisdeducedthroughtheimag
