1、交流变频器的应用（E700系列）一、简介变频器是由计算机控制电力电子器件，将工频交流电变为频率和电压可调的三相交流电的电器设备，用以驱动交流异步（同步）电动机进行变频调速。变频器的出现，使交流电动机的调速变得和直流电动机一样方便，并可由计算机联网控制，因此，得到了广泛的应用，其发展前景广阔。表1变频调速的效果应用目的应用范围及效果节能风机、泵类、采油、挤压机和搅拌机等。通过调节电动机转速达到节能目的，通过节能在1~2年内即可收回改造成本。自动化提高搬运机械停止位置的精度；提高生产线速度、控制精度；采用有反馈装置的流量控制实现自动化。提高产品质量生产加工实现最佳速度控制及协调生产线内各装置的
