8、“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”的安全方针，夯实安全生产基础，保障电厂生产安全、人员健康安全和环境安全，实现“零事故、零伤害、零污染、零火灾”的安全目标，电厂组织开展全厂隐患排查治理专项行动，为确保此次专项行动取得实效，特制定本方案。一．隐患排查治理检查工作目标在隐患排查治理工作中，切实落实好企业安全生产主体责任和各岗位安全生产工作主体，从查思想认识、查文件落实、查制度执
