5、动之前有准备：园本教研活动之前让教师了解教研活动的内容。让教师有所准备。（2）活动之中有主题：在园本教研活动中组长要注意调控整个活动的节奏，围绕主题展开讨论，不偏题、离题。经过激烈的辩解、讨论后，组长要善于归纳总结，把教师中的零星观点汇总、整理成本次活动的讨论成果，并提出1—2个思考题，让教师回去作进一步的思索。（3）活动之后有思考：进行教研反思，积极采取措施做好反思后的具体落实、跟进。（4）负责材料的积累、分类。theconstructionsite,andcoordinatedtheimplemen
