2、生学习积极性。这也在一定程度上说明了教师应当重视课堂的组织教学。本文对小学课堂组织教学做些许粗浅的探讨，在明确选题重要性即小学课堂组织教学的意义之后，结合小学低、中、高年级学生的注意规律，对当前新课程理念下小学课堂组织教学过程中仍然出现的普遍问题进行简要分析，并通过查阅相关书籍文献、观察、走访等方法，对教学方法进行较为系统的总结归纳。以此呈现较为多样化的课堂组织教学方法，旨在为小学课堂注入更多的活力，为教师更好地协调课堂秩序、顺利完成既定的教学目标，为学生能够更有兴趣的学习，为师生课堂的和谐关系做些许铺垫。关键词：小学课堂组织教学；小学
