1、卧式车床主轴箱设计摘要金属切削机床又称为“工作母机”或“工具机”,习惯上称为机床。机床在国民经济现代化建设中起着重大的作用。机床技术水平的高低已成为衡量一个国家工业现代化水平的重要标志之一。机床工业是机械制造业的“装备部”、“总工艺部”,对国民经济的发展起着重大作用。车床借助于转动的工件对着刀具来切去金属材料。车床主要用于加工各种回转体表面,如外圆柱面、内圆柱面、锥形表面、端面、切槽、切断、车螺纹、钻孔、铰孔等;在车床上采用特殊的装置,还可以进行镗削、磨削、研磨、抛光等。在一般机械制造企业中,车床占机床总数的20%~35%。
