3、allkindsofspeechesandwritings:theycanbefoundinliteraryworks,inscientificandpoliticalarticles;evendebatesintheUnitedNationsareofteninterspersedwithidiomswhichbecomeverbalweaponsthataredifficulttoargueagainst.Thusanadequatetranslationofidiomsisnotonlyhelpfulbutalsoessentialininterculturalcommun
