7、7前言本标准等效采用美国齿轮制造商协会标准:AGMA515.02《挠性联轴器的平衡分类》,根据我国有关标准将其中术语、计量单位进行了转化。本标准的附录A为标准的附录。本标准自1998年1月1日起实施。本标准由全国机器轴及附件标准化技术委员会提出并归口。本标准起草单位:机械标准化研究所、同济大学、中船总公司七院703所、贵州冶金传动机械厂。本标准主要起草人:周明衡、连香娇、陈祝林、王昭甫、程国刚。II中华人民共和国机械行业标准JB/T8557-1997挠性联轴器平衡分类1范围本标准规定了挠性联轴器的平衡分类,适用于所

8、有类型的挠性联轴器及其零件。2术语2.1平衡平衡系指检查转子质量分布的一种方法。必要时应对其质量分布状态进行调整,以限制轴承轴颈的振动,或限制对轴承的作用力。2.2不平衡状况的类型2.2.1单面(力或静态)不平衡状态如果物体的重心不在旋转轴线上,就会出现单面不平衡状态(见图1)。这时不论物体与轴线之间的相对位置如何,都不会处于静态平衡状态。2.2.1.1把不
