2、要求间断注入万可松和芬太尼；B组：持续注人氯胺酮，间断静脉注射万可松和芬太尼维持麻醉。观察麻醉持续时间，镇痛和肌松药量，术后拔管和完全清醒时间，监测麻醉过程中血压、心率、脉搏氧的变化。结果A组术中麻醉效果好，血压、心率和脉搏氧稳定，与B组有显著差异(P
