1、人类乳头状瘤病毒、阴道毛滴虫与宫颈细胞学的相关性研宄姚锋张玉泉张建林杨益梅王姗姗陈程张俊荣南通大学附属医院妇产科江苏南通226001目的探讨人类乳头病毒或者阴道毛滴虫与宫颈细胞学改变的相关性.方法收集木院8460例患者的宫颈脱落细胞及阴道分泌物标木.牛.理盐水悬滴法鉴定阴道毛滴虫,HCII法鉴定人类乳头病毒,液基薄层细胞术鉴定宫颈细胞学改变.结果高危型HPV感染率(34.65%>远高于于阴道毛滴虫的感染率(2.98%)(P<0.001).HPV(OR50.716)、TV(OR3.258)单个感染或
2、者HPV、TV(OR101.058)共同感染均与宫颈细胞学阳性改变有关.HPV感染导致的细胞学检测阳性主要集中在ASCUS36.43%(513/1408)、LSIL44.89%(632/1408)、HSIL13.85%(195/1408).而TV感染导致的细胞学检测阳性主要集中在ASCUS65.52%(38/58).结论HPV和TV感染均可以导致宫颈细胞学检查阳性,HPV比TV更容易导致宫颈细胞学检查阳性,且细胞学改变比TV较重.【关键字】阴道毛滴虫;人类乳头状瘤病毒;宫颈细胞学;薄层液基细胞术C
