2、茎围、根内、茎内和叶内)分离得到587株生防细菌。通过对各菌株胞外酶(葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶、蛋白酶和几丁质酶)活性及产嗜铁素活性进行测定,根据不同指标对菌株进行赋值,选择出157个菌株。进一步对其进行指纹图谱聚类分析,根据ARDRA图谱分析,筛选出47个菌株。通过47个菌株温室防效试验,发现9株菌株的防效达40%以上,其中菌株HW2的防效高达57.02%,其来源于嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌属(Stenotrophomonasmaltophilia),另外8个均来源于芽孢杆菌(Bacillussp.),其中3个为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillussubtilis)。对47个菌株的活性赋值和温室防效进行相关性分
