3、Sci,2015,29(4):424G430.Abstract:LaodelphaxstriatellusisanmajorpestonriceinChina.Ithasstrongadaptabilitytoenvironmentsandwasfoundinallricegrowingareasofthecountry.Asamolecularchaperone,HSP70playsanimportantroleinbiologicalgrowthandresponsetostress.HSC70,characterizedbyconstit

4、utiveexpression,isoneofthemostimportantmembersoftheHSP70family.ToexploretheadaptationmechanismsofL.striatellustoenvironments,LHSC70expressionprofilingandfunctionwereanalyzed.TheresultsshowedthecompletecDNAofLHSC70is1971bpinlength,whichencodesaproteinof656aminoacids,withamole

5、cularweightof71.6kDandtheoreticalisoelectricpointof5.46.LHSC70containsthreesignaturesequencesofHSP70familyandcarriesatypicalHSP70familystructuralsignature.Thephylogenictreeshoweditshares99%homologywithHSC70ofNilaparvatalugens.TheexpressionofLHSC70wasassociatedwithlarvalinsta

6、r.TheexpressionlevelofLHSC70washighestinfemaleadultsandwassimilarinmaleadultsandlarvaeatvariousinstars.Thedifferenceintheexpressionofthegenewasnotsignificantafter10,16,22,26,30,34,38and42℃treatments.DownregulatedexpressionlevelofLHSC70duetoRNAisignificantlydecreasedthetolera

7、nceofthefemaletoheatstress,whileexertedalessinfluenceontheoviposition.TheseresultssuggestedthatLHSC70isa70kDheatshockcognateproteinandisnotinducedbyheatstress,butitcontributestheconstitutiveresistancetoheatwithoutcloserelationtoreproductioninL.striatellus.Keywords:Laodelphax
