3、middleschoolgeographyteachingmode.Seniorhighschoolisanimportantstageforstudentstoimprovetheirindependentlearningability.TheapplicationofGIStechnologyingeographyteachingwillchangetheteachingmodeofTeachercenteredbookknowledge.GISprovidesanenvironmentforanalyzingandsolvinggeog
4、raphicproblems.Undertheguidanceofteachers,studentscanmakeuseofGIStoanalyze,expressandacquiregeographicknowledge.Obviously,theuseofGIStechnologymakesthestudentorientedteachingmodelfullyreflected.Intheatmosphereofinquirylearning,studentsareabletoacquireknowledgeinitiativelyan
5、dmakenecessaryanalysis.TheauthorwaspartofthepopulationinhighschoolgeographyteachingactivitiesintheuseofGIStechnology,thispaperwillbebasedonthegeographyteachingpractice,teachingdesignandclassroomteachingtodosomeresearchonhowtouseGIStechnology.GISandgeographyinstructionaldesi

7、imple,anditalsohasChineseversion.Itiseasytolearnandmaster.Therefore,wehavechosenMapInfoGIStocompletethisteachingactivity.ThekeycontentofgeographyteachingdesignusingGISincludesdeterminingthecontentsofthecurriculum,geographicdatacollection,theestablishmentofthedatabase,usingt
