休假请假制度篇一：请假休假管理制度员工请假休假管理制度
ﻪ第一章总则第一条为了适应现代企业制度要求,保障员工合法权益,规范员工请假和休假管理，依据《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》及国家、地方相关规定，股份公司《员工考勤、休假管理规定》，结合公司实际,特制定本制度。ﻭ第二条本制度适用于公司全体员工。公司员工须严格执行本制度。第三条本制度所称请假休假,是指员工事假、病假、婚假、生育假、陪护假、丧假、公休假、年休假。ﻭ 第二章工作时间 第四条根据公司生产工艺特点和《集体合同》的约定，工作时间实行常白班和运转班两种工作制度。第五条常白班实行每周５天工作制度,工作时间为：上午8：00―12:００,下午14:00―17：30。运转班实行四班二运转制度,工作时间为:早7:00-晚7:00,晚7:００－早7:00（包含就餐时间).原则上运转班人员应提前十五分钟到达工作地点,参加班前会并进行交接班。

ﻪ四、事假审批权限：
ﻪ1.工段长（主管)及普通员工事假7天（含）内由车间主任或部门经理审批；7天以上的由人力资源部审核,分管副总审批。

ﻪ五、病假待遇:ﻭ１.一个月以内的病假,日扣工资=月岗位工资×3%(四班二运转班为４.5％);ﻭ2。一个月及以上三个月以内的按马鞍山市当年度在岗职工最低工资标准发放;ﻭﻪ ３.三个月及以上的按马鞍山市当年度在岗职工最低工资标准的8０%发放;ﻭ4。全年累计病假在三个月及以上的，不享受年终奖金.ﻭ第九条婚假:

ﻪ二、女职工第一次人流给予1５天产假,在规定产假期限内,享受原岗位工资，超出部分按事假处理。人力资源部、各部门(车间）负责建立女职工人流台帐。
ﻪ三、男女双方均符合晚婚、晚育规定的，给予男职工5天假期护理，女方在外地工作且在外地休产假的,假期为10天，路程时间含在其中。ﻭﻪ四、产假审批权限： 1。工段长(主管)及普通员工产假经车间、部门审核后报公司工会、人力资源部审批后生效.2.中层及以上人员的产假须经工会、人力资源部审核,分管副总或总经理批准.
ﻪ3。人力资源部负责建立员工产假台帐。 五、产假待遇:1.公司为在岗员工参加了生育保险,符合享受条件的员工在休假期间，每月从生育保险基金中按医保中心工伤生育科核定的标准,发放生育津贴;不符合生育保险报销条件的,参照《生育保险补充办法》执行。ﻭﻪ2。男职工符合享受条件，在规定休假期限内，享受原岗位工资,超出部分按事假处理。第十一条丧假:1．员工直系亲属死亡时依法可请丧假３天,直系亲属包括员工本人的配偶、子女、双方父母。
ﻪ２．祖父母、外祖父母、兄弟姐妹死亡时可请丧假2天。ﻭﻪ3.在外地办理丧事者,可根据实际情况酌情另给路程假。

ﻪ⑤ 事假期间扣除当日基本工资。ﻭﻪ３)、工伤假 ①凡工作中非个人过失造成负伤,二十四小时内凭正规医院签发的《诊断证明》依法享受工伤假。ﻭﻪ②工伤期间的工资按照负伤前1２个月的平均工资按月支付.ﻭ2、休假1)婚嫁ﻭﻪ 工龄满一年以上可享受婚假。

ﻪ女职工生育符合《人口与计划生育条例》,办妥生育假期手续的,公司准予休假。ﻭﻪ ①请产假应提前一周填写《产假请假单》,报公司总经理,由总经理安排人员接替其工作,并持《产假申请单》至办公室备案。ﻭ②凡在公司连续工作满12个月（自签订劳动合同之日起)的正式员工,持医院证明书均可申请带薪产假或产后护理假ﻭﻪ③单胎顺产者，产假90天,其中包括产前假1５天;难产者,再增加产假15天;生育多胞胎,每多生育一个婴儿,增加产假１5天。
ﻪ④符合晚育年龄员工（女24周岁,男26周岁）,单胎顺产者，产假为12０天,难产者,再增加15天，生育多胞胎,每多生育一个婴儿,增加产假15天。ﻭ⑤女员工妊娠三个月内自然流产或子宫外孕者,根据医院的证明,视情况给予15—3０天的产假；妊娠三个月以上,七个月以下自然流产者，给予45天的产假.ﻭ⑥男员工的产后护理假为7天，晚育者为15天，包括公休假和法定假．ﻭﻪ ⑦产假期间薪水按照《女职工劳动保护办法》标准发放。

ﻪ ①员工直系亲属（父母、配偶、子女、配偶的父母)，近亲属(兄弟,姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母或配偶的祖父母、外祖父母等)死亡,准假３天.ﻭ ②丧假是国家规定保障员工权益并依法享受的假期，必须一次性休完，不休不补，超期按事假处理。 ③丧假期间工资照常发放。ﻭ4)年假ﻭ①在公司连续工作满一年以上者(自签订劳动合同之日起算),可享受5天带薪年休假，年休时间按照在本公司的工龄计算，每满一年增加一天,最高不超过15天。②所有年休假以半天为一个单位,由办公室根据工龄发放相应的《年假单》，每次请年假需出示《年假单》，并交办公室备案。
ﻪ③带薪休假期间，不记录考勤，发放全额工资。五、公出１)、在工作时间需要外出办理业务时，需在《办公室员工出入登记表》中作登记,需注明时间，内容，地点,并且签名。
