7、iatedwithjobembeddednessmoderatedrelationsofsupervisors’interactionalfairnesswithcitizenshipbehaviorandproductiondeviance.Resultsfromafieldandascenariostudysupportedtheideathatinteractionalfairnessexertsastrongereffectontheseoutcomesforemployeesembeddedinthe
8、irjobsthanfortheirlessattachedcoworkers.Wefoundthisresultevenaftercontrollingforturnoverintent.Practicalimplicationsanddirectionsforfutureresearcharediscussed.Keywords:interactionaljustice;embed
